ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic recording systems are considered valid proof of the nature and content of the order. Our website confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address they provided. The sale is considered final upon validation of payment, i.e., the date of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by check. Our website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning payment for a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the website, they are valid. The availability indicated when the customer visits the site depends on our stock levels and, of course, those of our suppliers.
To create our online storefront and sales catalog, we use databases enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database contains over a hundred items, but not all are stocked in our warehouse, and our offerings are therefore subject to supplier availability.
Only the permanent discontinuation of an item by our suppliers will result in its removal from our sales catalog. In other cases, a new order may still be possible within a certain timeframe.
When a product ordered is unavailable, the customer is informed by email or on the invoice for the shipped products in the case of an order of several items.
Order delivery deadline: When placing an order and on the order confirmation, a delivery timeframe is provided to customers. This is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the shipping time of the delivery method selected by the customer.
From the moment the order is placed until it is shipped, the customer has the option to cancel their order.
Special features:
Pre-order items : Upcoming items are offered on our pre-order website. This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the time the pre-order period opens. This release date may be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for the marketing of their product.
In all cases, from the date of final release, to ship the items to customers who have pre-ordered, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the day of release.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
The prices shown in euros are net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the cost of the products, handling, packaging, and storage. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, and items will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed. All orders are billed and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Our site gives you the opportunity to benefit from free shipping and delivery in France for purchases of 75 euros or more; however, for other destinations please contact us.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
You have several payment options offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:
- By bank or private card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) either directly on the site, in the payment form offered during the order process (secure entry by SSL encryption), by entering the type of card, your card number without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card) as well as the expiry date.
You have different payment options and you can even benefit from payment facilities by bank card.
Payment is made, at your discretion, through the secure servers of our banking partners. This means that none of your banking information passes through our website.
Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home. The delivery time includes printing production time, package preparation, and shipping time. The buyer is notified by email at each stage of their order: preparation and delivery.
ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The items supplied by our site are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional stores and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.
If an item is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer has 15 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the 15-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation (in their original cellophane wrapping and with the corresponding invoice). In such a case, the buyer must provide proof of return.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we are obligated to reimburse all sums paid by you, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 business days from the date we receive the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs will then remain your responsibility.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the products will only transfer to the buyer upon full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date. However, the risk of loss or damage to the products will transfer upon delivery and acceptance by the buyer.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Our site is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases comprising this site. By accessing this site, the client acknowledges that the data comprising it is legally protected, and is specifically prohibited from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing or retaining, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site to which they are accessing.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY
The product descriptions and photos in our website's database were entered based on information provided by our suppliers. We are not responsible for the content, and the website cannot be held liable to the purchaser.
ARTICLE 12: BUYER'S ACCEPTANCE
These general terms and conditions of sale and the prices are expressly agreed to and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges having full knowledge thereof, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase implying acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
